What if a report isn't available for my VIN?
We check availability for free before you pay anything. If no report exists for your VIN, you won't be charged.
How do I get my report?
Your report appears as a downloadable PDF right on this page once it's ready — usually within a minute of payment. We also email you a copy, so it's never lost even if you close the tab.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is handled securely by Monobank, a licensed Ukrainian bank — you can pay with a Visa or Mastercard issued in any country, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The charge is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (45 ₴); if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it automatically at its own rate, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the estimate shown here.

How current is the CARFAX report?
A report is a snapshot of CARFAX data from when it was compiled, which is not necessarily the moment you order.
